No available info in the :History popup.ģ. In the DB6 'Driver Update History' popup, the E2400 shows a status of 'Installed.' This contradicts the 'Update Now' display and the Windows Device Manager. No error message, just the 'Update' status returning,Ģ. DB6 detects a newer E2400 driver but cannot install it for some unknown reason. After a few seconds, Windows returned the message 'Windows has determined that the best driver for this device is already installed.'ġ. I tried the Device Manager 'Update Now' button and selected the 'Search automatically.' option. I accessed the installed driver via the Windows Device Manager, and found that the version number and date agreed with the 'current' info, 9.0.0.46. In the 'Details' popup, driver info is listed as There was no error message and no other info about the error anywhere I looked in DB6 In the update window, the driver appears at the top of the list and has a status of 'Update.' When I click on Update, the status changes to 'Updating' for a minute or two, then back to 'Update,' i.e.
